Reports To:  Kitchen Manager and Food Service Manager 
  
Education and Experience:  
- Minimum of High School Diploma or general education degree (GED)
 
- Food Service experience preferred
 
 
  
Skills/Knowledge/Abilities: 
  
- Must be able to perform all essential duties (i.e. cook, bake, cut, prepare food, serve meals, wash, and clean, assemble and use equipment)
 
- Must be able to order, cook and serve for one of six food lines 
 
- Must pass a yearly physical examination
 
- Must maintain confidentiality of information gained through the performance and location of the position
