The successful candidate will have a minimum of a Master's Degree and Secondary Principal Certification with successful experience as a classroom teacher or school administrator and demonstrate the following:
- Student-centered philosophy and desire to build relationships with students and families
- Ability to communicate effectively with staff, students, and parents
- Solid written and verbal communication skills adaptable to a wide array of audiences
- Ability to motivate and inspire staff, set high expectations, and hold staff accountable
- Expertise in analyzing, understanding, and explaining student assessment data along with utilizing the data as an impetus for school improvement planning
- Knowledge and experience of PBIS
- Knowledge of the NEE Teacher Evaluation system

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:
- Competitive salary based on years of administrative experience and degree.
- Contract Length 11 Months
EVALUATION: The performance of this job will be evaluated annually in accordance
with provisions of the Board of Education's policy on the Evaluation of certified personnel.
